Mrs. Catherine June Thompson, 72, died Thursday, June 10, 1999, at her home in Cloverport. Born in Breckinridge County on August 4, 1926, Mrs. Thompson was a daughter of the late Henry Henderson and Mamie Henderson Dickman. She was retired from General Electric in Tell City, Indiana, and was a member of the Calvary Missionary Church in Cloverport. A son, Leonard Rush, preceded her in death on December 24, 1996. Surviving are her husband, Russell Thompson; two sons, Hughie Rush and Bill Rush, Cloverport; three daughters, Judy Walker of Raifore, Florida, Leasa Sherwood of Louisville, and Johnnie Brickey of Hawesville; a brother, Kinchceloe Henderson, Cloverport; 18 grand­children, and several great-grandchildren.
