William Michael KIPER was travelling south on Highway 79 in a 1982 Toyota pickup when the vehicle left the roadway, struck a road tile and overturned, stated Breckinridge County Deputy Sheriff Tom TIVITT. The "jaws of life" were called to the scene of the accident to remove the victim from the wreckage. KIPER was pronounced dead at the scene by county coroner Bob Rhodes.
