particular section is dedicated to the memory of
William "Bill" Thompson and his wife,
Verbal
Jarboe Thompson. Years ago, a few months before
Ms. Verbal passed away, I reached out to their
two children, Alice and Jake, to obtain
permission to put portions of his 1971 book,
"History and Legend of Breckinridge County,
Kentucky", online. They both graciously gave
